Lorien Encore, the first Parkinson’s Certified community in Maryland, offers Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation with specialized programs for Parkinson’s Disease and movement disorders. In collaboration with Parkinson’s and Movement Disorder (PMD) Alliance and the Parkinson’s Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNCA), residents benefit from Parkinson’s-focused programs, including Rock Steady Boxing, LVST BIG and LOUD, as well as support groups that guide them and their families through the challenges of the disease. Our dedicated nursing team is on-site 24/7, ensuring compassionate care whenever it’s needed.
